So, Delta, trying to dial up the snark, has started a blog, and has a really snarky feature, short little videos entitled Planeguage (pronouced “plane-guage”, once you get it, it’s kinda funny).

They’re pretty funny, and I think this shows that at least one airline is trying to better connect with their customer (yeah, I’m looking at you AA)
