So, I’m down in Florida, and apparently, the genius that I am, I left my USB/PDA cable in Chicago. Realizing I had no way to recharge my cell phone without it, I head over to BestBuy after work to pick one up. I get the Dynex 4′ USB A to mini B 5-pin doohicky…get to the register, and find out it’s $25.95!!!

WTF, it’s four feet of cable, and two USB heads. No way this thing cost more than $5 to make…so that’s 500% markup…I’m not above a company making some good, old-fashioned profit, but it’s a little hard to take when I can feel them giving it to me up the ass as they do it.

Feh…Matthew will remember to take all his cables with him now.
