They destroyed one of my suit cases.I was forced to purchase one in brazil. On the return flight , not only did the damage my second piece of luggage, they damaged my new one also. I recieved a response , A form Letter , stating theyre sorry ,but there is nothing they could do. And this is before the 15 buck rape of thier passengers.
