So after the absolutely blah of Evan Williams yesterday, I dumped it out and start over with a new challenger, Old Forester:
Tasting notes: Unlike the blah I had last night, this bourbon has a nice flavor, albeit a touch strong on the alcohol burn. Nice woody start, then the burn, and then a nice, warm [...]

My tasting notes are pretty simple…it’s Jim Beam…now I *know* it’s NOT Jim Beam, but damn, if you gave me a blind taste test, I don’t know that I could tell the difference.
