This one has me close to speechless:

1. Kid registers URL with a copyrighted term in it.
2. Copyright holder sues to get it back.
3. Copyright holder wins (no shock there).
4. Kid’s mom tries to make it seem all populist what they did.

Actually Ms Saville-Smith, you have to hand it over because you mis-appropriated their property. Wouldn’t you want them to return a domain to you if they registered, say, comrie-saville-smith.mobi?
