Man, this sucks…they’re taking lavs out of Metra trains to put in some more seats…feh!
Guess I ought to lay off the beers at the Rail Club before I get on.
And so ends the glorious life of Metra’s Bar Car. At least I can still grab a 24oz can at the Rail Club to get me where I need to go while tracking it up north!
I have rarely, if ever seen it this packed on the 745am train.
Little bit of a fire caused us to go slow on the train ride home. Looked nasty.
So, what the hell is up with the person that scrawled this? Aren’t we supposed to choose public transit whenever possible over cars? I mean, if I needed to get from home to downtown (as, say, like every workday), wouldn’t a bike take all day to just get there…*sigh* some people.
So early that this was the Davis Street Metra Station…at 6:30 A.M. Feh.
