And we’ve got our third major safety incident in a week.
Looks like they’re gonna get the up-close-and-personal treatment that AA got earlier this year from the FAA.
I just hope they have it all sorted out by November when I’m flying them ORD/LAX/SYD and back (LAX/SYD in A380…woot!).

Back in March they announced that they would be instituting a $2.50 phone booking fee for anyone making a reservation over the phone. Well, I hate to agree with Hizzoner, but I’m glad to see in the new cab bill going through Chicago City Council that Skokie is being removed from the usurious meter and a half list from O’Hare. What I never had understood was that Skokie was meter-and-a-half, but Evanston wasn’t??!?!?!?

Oh dear lord…who would have thought that getting to LGA (from ORD) would be such an ordeal.
Robbyn and I were on AA 380; with an estimated push-back of 10:40am. We got moved back 10 minutes due to LGA weather issues, we did make it off on-time. Then we hit the wall of turbulence from hell. [...]
